We also conduct monthly and quarterly meetings with main office staff such as the DOR or DON, to review our performance and identify areas for improvement.
In addition to these measures, our team of experienced pharmacists and clinicians conducts on-site visits to review the facility homes and ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care. We also conduct medication reviews to ensure our patients receive the most appropriate and effective treatment options.
Our QA process is further supported by our access to online forms and a ticketing system called Freshdesk. This allows us to quickly and efficiently address any concerns or issues that may arise, ensuring that our patients receive timely and effective support.
